Product Manager
Chantal is responsible for ensuring the operations of tours run smoothly, managing the tour product from beginning to end. With numerous qualifications in travel and tourism, as well Business Management, she more recently undertook courses in design at the University of Sydney.
With over 25 years in the travel industry, Chantal has had a varied career, working for Virgin Australia, Flight Centre Head Office as an airfare trainer, managed the product department for an independent agency, and found the time to spend a year living and working in Canada. Collaborating with our operators globally and working closely with our tour leaders to design new tours, Chantal keeps our tour calendar on track and stays across the finer detail of our itineraries.
A mum to three girls, her spare time is kept quite busy, while making time to enjoy cooking and planning her own personal trips to create memories with her family.
