Sharon is one of Academy Travel’s most experienced groups travel managers, with a passion for travel that has been with her throughout 25+ years in this wonderful industry. Sharon assists with tour and flight bookings, planning additional itineraries and accommodation, general requests, and enquiries.
Previously a travel consultant for Academy Travel, Sharon has recently returned after a 12-year hiatus raising her beautiful twins (boy and girl) and running her own “Mobile Travel Agency”. Sharon brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in travel to her role, having worked in many different areas – retail, wholesale, corporate, airline customer service, and even a tour manager and flight attendant in Italy!
She has been lucky enough to call places like Rome and Mykonos home, visited many incredible places over the years, from Italy to Greece, South America to Africa, and the list goes on. Sharon enjoys spending time with her children, travelling both domestically and abroad and keeping up her Italian language skills.
