Biography
Freya Middleton has been living in Italy for the past twenty years. During an internship at the Peggy Guggenheim Collection in Venice she discovered a love for guiding, and she has pursued this path ever since – predominantly in Florence, where she currently lives, but also in Venice.
Ten years ago she founded her own travel agency, Freya’s Florence, specialising in private tours and bringing together an outstanding team of guides who love Florence, the arts, history and beauty as much as Freya does. Freya’s bachelor degree included a major in art history, and she undertook a Masters in Renaissance Studies at Warwick University because she loves a good story and the history behind an image.
