About THE ROLE

We are offering an exciting and varied role in the travel industry. The role requires customer-focused service delivery, the ability to manage process improvements, and to implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. The role is critical in delivering a professional image to our clients and to support the product and management team. No two days are the same in this role.

Key responsibilities will be:

  • Handling customer enquiries and processing booking information.

  • Supporting product and management teams with documentation and data entry.

  • Resolve customer issues.

  • Monitor social media profiles.

  • Process online program scheduling and recordings.

  • Plenty of on the job training will be provided and some prior office experience is preferred.

Essential criteria:

  • Bright personality with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Customer focused service experience.

  • Strong written and verbal communication.

  • Computer proficiency in particular MS office products, CRM, Zoom and Squarespace.

  • Ability to prioritise workload and a natural ability to solve problems.

  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
