Academy Travel is a full-service travel agency who can assist you with all aspects of your travel around your booked tour, including flights, transfers, pre-tour arrival, additional travel and comprehensive travel insurance.

Please note that additional travel bookings involving accommodation/transfers not directly associated with the tour, and/or flights, will attract a $300 service fee.

  • FLIGHTS

    Air travel from your home city to the tour start/end points is not included for our tours. We can make bookings on your behalf on our recommended airline or the airline of your choice.

  • TRANSFERS

    If you book your flights with Academy Travel, we will arrange complimentary transfers to the tour starting point. These may be individual or group, and involve travel by coach, hire car or taxi.

  • PRE-TOUR ARRIVAL

    In order to relax and recover after the long flight, many travellers choose to arrive at the destination a few days before the tour begins. We can arrange this at the first tour hotel.

  • ADDITIONAL TRAVEL

    We are happy to plan and book additional travel before or after your Academy Travel tour and can suggest activities and accommodation that match your needs and interests.

  • INSURANCE

    We work with the major Australian travel insurance providers. Regular travellers should investigate annual policies. Comprehensive insurance is a ‘must have’ for pre-paid group travel.
