Introducing Academy Travel’s new mobile app – enhancing your tour experience.

Our Travel App allows you to access all of your unique tour information from your mobile device while travelling, including your daily schedule, travel documents, interactive map, local weather and much more.
Free, easy and optional to use:
Installing the app is not a requirement for joining the tour, but we hope it will make your tour experience more informative.
One week prior to your tour departure, we will send you login details and directions on how to install and access your tour information. Once loaded on to your device (phone or tablet), the app can still be accessed offline if you don’t have data roaming available when travelling.
How to download
The app is free to download on the iOS App Store or Google Play.
Please note that the app does not require you to share any of your personal information with Academy Travel.
How to log in
On the Vamoos home screen, you are required to enter your unique Username and Passcode. These details will be sent to you one week prior to your tour departure.
You will then be required to accept and download a data pack to load your documents on the app.
It's as easy as that to enjoy all the tour information at your fingertips.
Using the Travel App
At the foot of the screen, you can access your daily itinerary, tour documents, useful links, hotel information, an interactive map and even the weather!
